This project was focused on full automation with easy control. Client also required full access when away from home. A full video distribution system ensures all video sources are available to any display in the home.  Audio distribution allows for many streaming sources to be avaiable to any media room. A fully panelized lighting system allows for full control of all lights in the home. Never forget to turn your lights off any more.  Presets through the control system will remember for you. About This Project

For this project, we were looking to create the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The window treatments are automated and set on a schedule for each day. The lighting, audio, and climate control can be used with voice control. Simply say turn off the lights or dim to 30%, play light jazz, or turn on channel 32 to adjust the television. All amenities are also operable through a touch pad. The room also features sensors near the sides of the bed so if you need to get up in the middle of the night you don’t need to turn the light on and disturb your partner. The sensor automatically detects you and will light your way to the bathroom or the hallway. This is really the perfect place to lay your head down to rest.

About This Project

This project was focused around creating a functional family area. This is where they are mostly entertaining friends and family. The kids utilize this space as well so it needed to serve their needs too. With the dual screens, they can watch two different television shows, play two separate game systems, or watch sports games simultaneously. When the family wants to watch a movie, the lights will dim down and a large projector screen will descend over the two televisions hiding them from view so everyone can enjoy a movie together. The speakers are and lighting are easily controllable so someone can be in the gym area listening to music while someone is just in the other room watching their favorite show. When you’re done, with the touch of one button you can shut down the entire floor and not have a worry about having left anything on. It’s that easy.

About This Project

This client was looking to create a fun and inviting outdoor entertaining space. We were able to accomplish this with light features and speakers that allowed the music to flow from inside the home to the outside patio. The simplicity of the system makes it that much better for entertaining, with just the touch of a screen the entire system can easily be used leaving more time to enjoy your company. Whether you're just laying by the pool or having a labor day party you can set the mood for whatever the occasion.
